Our role is to identify credible counterparties, support transaction structuring, coordinate due diligence, and assist throughout the commercial process to help clients achieve efficient and secure trade execution. ITJ Minhas is a seasoned Economist and Program Management Specialist concentrating on macro-economic, social sector development and poverty reduction. He has over 30 years of experience in project design, investment prioritization, program evaluation and monitoring to support economic reforms in South Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. He has strong academic credentials, including a PhD in Development Economics from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from the American University. Working primarily with and for aid donors, he has developed specialized diplomatic skills to foster buy-in on complex issues concerning economic growth and development of private sector, including public-private partnerships. He has maintained strong relationships in the countries of his assignments, and his heritage affords clear understanding of complex local contexts in developing countries. Over the course of his career, TJ has identified areas that hinder economic development and designed strategies programs to address them. He has advised top government officials on public policy programs involving fiscal performance enhancement, civil service reform and aid coordination.

Aloor Udaya Bhaskar is a seasoned international finance executive with more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, project development, investment structuring, and financial management across Africa, the United Kingdom, the South Pacific, and Asia.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Bhaskar has successfully led the financial planning and implementation of large-scale industrial, infrastructure, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, and trading projects. His expertise spans corporate finance, project financing, banking relationships, mergers and acquisitions support, financial modeling, risk management, taxation, regulatory compliance, and strategic business planning.
As Finance Director and Group Financial Controller for multinational organizations, he has played a pivotal role in securing major international financing facilities, including multi-million-dollar funding from leading international financial institutions and commercial banks. His leadership has contributed to the successful development of LPG bottling facilities, medical diagnostic centers, manufacturing plants, commercial trading operations, residential developments, and other high-value investment projects.
Mr. Bhaskar possesses extensive experience in financial due diligence, investment analysis, cash flow optimization, corporate governance, cost control, import and export financing, letters of credit, treasury management, and the implementation of financial systems that improve operational efficiency and profitability.
His international experience spans Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Fiji, India, and the United Kingdom, where he has worked closely with corporate boards, government agencies, financial institutions, international investors, auditors, and development partners to deliver sustainable business growth.
Known for his strategic insight, analytical approach, and collaborative leadership style, Mr. Bhaskar is recognized for transforming financial operations, improving organizational performance, and providing executive-level guidance on complex commercial and investment initiatives.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and has completed Intermediate studies with the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI), providing a strong multidisciplinary foundation in finance, accounting, law, and corporate governance.
